AI coding standards for your organization
We specialize in standardizing AI coding assistants to your organization’s standards, so teams can build the same way. Built for larger organizations.
We turn your team’s rules into shared instructions, skills and checks that AI assistants on your team start from, and we try them on your real work before we hand them over.
Good fit when
different people get different results from the same assistant, assistants skip your house conventions, or AI-written changes are hard to review.
What we build
- Shared instructions for each repository: your conventions, how to build and test, and what an assistant may and may not touch, written to stay consistent across GitHub Copilot instructions, Cursor rules and Claude rules.
- Reusable skills and prompts for jobs your team repeats, like writing a pull request, reviewing a change or adding a feature the house way.
- Scripts that check your rules before a change is merged.
- A pull request template and review checklist that records what the assistant did and what a person checked.
How we start
Once scope and terms are agreed in writing, we start small, with one workflow, then widen. We read your guidelines and repositories, draft shared instructions and a few skills, try them on a real task with your team, and hand everything over in your own repositories with a short guide so you can maintain it.
We work from your security and architecture guidelines. We make no security or compliance claims, and we don’t offer security review, audit or certification.
